MY story
For me, every line tells a story. Before I ever picked up a brush, I was a writer, fascinated by the narratives that live between words and in the quiet moments of reflection. As a prose writer, I am trained to look for the story beneath the surface. As an artist, I have the privilege of giving that story a form. My work is a continuous exploration of this dialogue between the seen and the unseen. The stark, honest line of a drawing can convey a truth more directly than a chapter of text, while the fluid, unpredictable nature of watercolor can capture an emotion that words could never fully contain. These mediums are my chosen languages.
